Please read these competition rules carefully. If you enter one of our competitions, we will assume that you have read these rules and that you agree to them.
1. To enter a competition you must be:
(a) UK resident; and
(b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2. Competitions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Your Chamilia, Your Chamilia or any subsidiary of Your Chamilia.
3. No purchase necessary.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. If you want to enter a competition you may enter via the website on the applicable competition page.
6. Sending an e-mail is not proof that we have received your entry. No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
7. The winner will be the entrant who answers the most questions correctly and is chosen at random.
8. The closing date is 00:00, Saturday 28th August, and Your Chamilia reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
9. If you win a competition, we will notify you by e-mail. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. You can find out who has won a particular competition by sending an email marked with the name of the competition in the subject header to customer.care@yourchamilia.com
11. By entering the competition the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Your Chamilia may require, this might mean entering the winners name on the website or blog.
12. The panel of judges for each competition will be comprised of members of the marketing team for Your Chamilia.
13. The prize will not be transferable to another person.
14. No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
15. If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
16. Incorrectly completed entries will be disqualified.

18. Your Chamilia reserves the right to amend these rules at any time. Your Chamilia may also create rules which will apply to a specific competition only. If we do this we will publish the amended competition rules and/or specific competition rules on the relevant competition page.
20. Your Chamilia will endeavour to send prizes within a month of the competition end date but cannot guarantee this delivery time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Payment : We accept all major credit cards as well as payment by Amex, Sage Pay, Pay Pal and Google Checkout.
Delivery : We send all UK packages by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Royal Mail Special Delivery. With Special Delivery (£4.95) Royal Mail guarantee next day arrival or 1 to 3 days with Recorded Delivery (£2.95) orders to be placed by 2pm Monday to Friday.
PLEASE NOTE: Orders received after 2pm Friday may not be dispatched until the following Monday. A signature will be required so please specify an address where someone will be able to sign for your delivery.
Mainland Europe : Aims to deliver within 7 working days (£6.00).
If the products are not delivered within the delivery times quoted, then please contact us. You will be notified of the delivery costs automatically before you submit your credit card details..
Cancellation Policy : Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order in writing. Further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau. If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us by e-mail as soon as it is practicably possible. If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched you will be required to keep the item in reasonable condition.
Refund Policy: Under our Your Chamilia Returns Policy, you have 7 days from receipt for a full refund from us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition a full refund will be given. Where a product is faulty, damaged or misdescribed, we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted**.
Voucher Promotions: Promotional vouchers are limited to one voucher per person, per order and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers. Promotional vouchers may be redeemed at www.yourchamilia.com toward the purchase of products listed on the Your Chamilia website. Promotional vouchers cannot be used to receive discount against Your Chamilia Gift Vouchers or any other Your Chamilia products outside the scope of the featured promotion.
Promotional vouchers cannot be used retrospectively, i.e. applied to orders already placed with Your Chamilia. Promotional vouchers have a nominal cash value. Promotional vouchers are non transferable and not assignable. Your Chamilia reserves the right to refuse promotional vouchers at any time.
Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, without the express written consent of the Your Chamilia. All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from our website shall be in English and construed and governed according to English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction in all such matters.
